Funerals:

Our funeral ministry is an important way that we support our local community.

Our clergy team will help you plan and conduct a sensitive and appropriate funeral service for your family and loved one and are able to use either of our church buildings (St Edwards Church, Eggbuckland or Christ Church, Estover) or in local crematoria or cemeteries.

St Edward’s also has a special Churchyard that is still able to accept burials and interment for anyone who lives in the parish.

How to book a funeral or burial

If you have a funeral director please ask them to contact us to arrange a service.

Several times a year we have these opportunities for those who have lost loved ones to meet with our team and others and find mutual support and check-in. In November, this incorporates a special service of remembrance in the church. For more information contact us.
