Repairs to the 15th Century Tower at St Edwards

For some years, the medieval tower has experienced water egress, with climate change accelerating this problem.  Click below to read about the work that will be taking place to preserve this precious part of the building.

St Edward's Church has been supported by the National Churches Trust.

Sunday Service Times

10am - Communion

Weekly family  communion service with hymns, songs, and activities for children.

11.30am (2nd Sunday)
Bubble Church

On the second Sunday of each month we meet in the Church Hall for a family service with puppets, action songs, bible stories and activities. Particularly suitable for families with young children.

St Edward’s is a beautiful church,
with a cherished bell tower, that has been serving the parish for over 1000 years.

In addition to our regular services, a space is set aside for prayer and reflection. Because of its beauty and history, it is a place people return to for Christenings, Weddings and Funerals and is an embedded part of the community.
Our Church Hall was for the most part built by the people of Eggbuckland and alongside our regular services we offer a range of activities throughout the week and partner with others to offer more.
